How we work

Our process made simple for you.

How can you make sure everything goes according to plan? That’s our job. Which is why we have a clear process to follow through from meeting you for the very first time up until putting the kettle on when the job has been done to talk about your impressions.

1. Brief
Your project always starts by scheduling an initial meeting to talk about what you want to achieve.
2. First meeting
Our Head of Design and Production will discuss everything with you, show you photos of other projects we completed, and gather your requirements.
3. Initial design with estimate
After the meeting, you will receive an initial design with an estimate or a full itemized quote.
4. Site survey
Next, we'll visit you to take measurements and pictures of your place (after discussing your brief first) so you can get your finalized quote and designs.
5. Bespoke design
The real work starts. We will prepare the designs for you listing separate elements prior to starting production.
6. Production
After you have approved the project, we will kick off production in our workshop keeping you informed on the progress.
7. Installation
Furniture will be shipped to your place and our joiners will arrive at your address on an agreed date to assemble it by our joiners.
8. Follow up
We appreciate feedback. Your opinion is important to us and will help us improve as we continue to grow.

Frequently asked questions

How much time do you need to complete a project?
We are aiming at completing our projects within a three-month timeframe. Having said that, it depends on the project's complexity and the production pipeline. Book a call with us and we'll tell you how soon we can get everything done for you!
How many projects have you completed so far?
We have been around since 2017 serving clients of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Because we are a bespoke firm, there have been select customers we've worked with and the number continues to grow. Having said that, our work is based on nearly two decades worth of experience as architects and designers.
My space has unusual dimensions. Can you handle it?
