At Racing Green, we aim at bringing together appreciation of tradition and understanding of modern comfort and practicality. We are working hard in our attempts to ensure each and every inch of furniture we create for you is a reflection of your expectations, desires, and vision.
The project team keeps an eye on the deadlines and everyday communication with Clients from the initial brief, through arranging site surveys, booking appointments with our Head of Design, up to conducting evaluation surveys.
Our design and production team includes architects and seasoned carpenters who know everything there is to know about wood and production of bespoke furniture. There are also joiners whom you’ll meet when time will come to have everything fitted.
Initial design
After the meeting, you will receive an initial design (provided you can share the space measurements and a plan) with an estimate or a full itemised quote.
Next, we will come visit you in person.
Site survey
To make sure the designs are accurate, we will arrange an on-site visit to take measurements and pictures of your place (after discussing your brief first).
This will help us create relevant final designs for you and agree on further details such as materials, timelines and valuation.
Bespoke design
Having paid a visit to your property and after discussing your requirements, we are ready to start the actual work. At this stage, we will prepare the designs for you listing separate elements prior to starting production. You will also receive our final quote.
Production
Once you sign off on the project and wire the deposit to cover the service and production cost, our workshop will then start working on it in accordance with the agreed timelines. We will keep you informed about the progress.
Upon completion of production, your furniture will be assembled at the workshop with pictures taken. This way you can advise us of some minor last-minute changes you would like to see.
Installation / on-site assembly
Furniture will be shipped to your place and our joiners will arrive at your address on an agreed date to assemble it by our joiners.

How can you make sure everything goes according to plan? That’s our job. Which is why we have a clear process to follow through from meeting you for the very first time up until putting the kettle on when the job has been done to talk about your impressions.
